No. GINQEL analyses the tender documents, lists the required items, writes the technical proposal and checks the bid; after you approve, you download an organised bid and you submit it yourself on the buyer’s platform.
You stay in control of every decision and of the submission.
No. It measures how well a tender matches your company (trade, area, capacity, references, timeline) and explains each point. It is neither a probability nor a promise of winning: it is a tool for prioritising.
Public procurement (BOAMP, TED for the whole European Union, simap.ch, Find a Tender, TenderNed…), including works contracts. For the assignments space: open job sources and your own e-mail alerts.
GINQEL shows you what your company doesn’t cover, then suggests complementary companies that chose to publish their profile. The company first accepts the introduction, then decides whether to join the consortium. Legal form, price and submission remain the companies’ decision.
Only what you publish: trades, area, headcount and revenue bands. Your name can stay hidden until the introduction, your contact details are only shared with your consent, and your documents one by one, if you choose.
Yes: they are used to assess which tenders your team can deliver and to feed the technical proposal. A candidate pool is also available for hiring, depending on your plan.
